With Matěj Matolín, an experienced HR leader with 20 years of experience in corporations, startups, and the venture capital environment, and Tomáš Sakál, VP of People at the successful Czech-Slovak startup CloudTalk, we discussed how different approaches have worked in corporations, startups, and fast-growing scaleups. We discussed how to set up processes that support organizational growth and what worked for them in building teams based on their own experience.
